The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is in full swing at the Disneyland® Resort with yummy California-inspired eats, sips, and special culinary events throughout the park. This year’s festival has more offerings than ever before, and to give you a taste of what you can expect, you can hear from one of the chefs who helped bring it to life!
Chef Kamilah shared some of her favorite dishes this year, from the vegetarian Creamy Poblano Pepper Pasta at Peppers Cali-Ente to the plant-based Petite Impossible Burger with guac and pepper jack cheese from Avocado Time. She also showed us a few kid-friendly offerings including the French Onion Grilled Beef Tenderloin Slider and the Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs through April 21, 2020. And don’t forget about the Sip and Savor Pass! This special pass allows you to explore your way through the festival with a souvenir lanyard and credential with eight pull-off tabs. Each of these tabs is a coupon that can be redeemed for select food and beverage offerings at festival locations (excluding alcohol and souvenir items). You can use them all at once spread out over a single visit, or save your pass and come back on multiple days to make the fun last even longer! Remember that the Sip and Savor tabs should remain attached until point of redemption with the Cast Member.
