Mandy was AMAZING! Not a single detail missed in planning every aspect of our Magic Kingdom visit followed by a Disney cruise on the WISH. She orchestrated every aspect to perfection. She was extremely patient and very informative to this grandmother who is not well versed on the workings of Disney and timelines. Every suggestion she made was spot on and our trip and experience were flawless. For instance, she scheduled the granddaughters into Bibbidii Boutique the first night of cruise and they had dinner stage side at Arundel dressed as princesses. Their hair was still perfect the next morning and they put on the princess gowns to attend the Royal Gathering –aka meeting with 5 princesses with photos–first thing thanks to Mandy’s reservation for them. Mandy had all deadlines down and got our reservations for a cabana on Castaway and dinner at the specialty restaurant. She laid out her suggestions on park rides for the girls and all details for obtaining lightning passes which were worth every dime! Our stay at the Contemporary hotel in the garden rooms as she suggested was very laid back, easy access and great proximity to the pool. We did dinner at Chef Mickey at the Contemporary which, though expensive, brought 5 major characters to visit each table for pictures with the girls. I worked with Mandy for 5 months planning this vacation and she was quick to reply, patient with too many questions and provided great insight into building the perfect vacation for our family. I recommend her highly and am grateful that she made 2 little girls dreams come true!
