I want to let you know how great Small World Vacations agent, Andrea Rollins, was in helping us with a booking situation. This was our fourth Disney Vacation with her.

We booked a 9-night stay and we were having a friend come along so opted for a 2-bedroom/2-bath.

Unfortunately, our friend had to back out.  I contacted Andrea and not only did she take the time to look into several 1-bedroom options for us, but was also able to apply the discount we used on our original booking to save us some money.  It made a big difference having Andrea in our corner to do this.

Usually people only contact business owners to complain, but I think it’s just as important for them to know when they have a happy, satisfied customer.
