The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card is a digital promo card that’s included with this special room-and-ticket package holiday offer.
It can be used at select participating dining and shopping locations locations during your Walt Disney World vacation—so you can purchase meals, treats, beverages and merchandise.
Participating Locations

Excluded Locations
Locations that are unable to accept the Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card include, but are not limited to:
- Dining locations and select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel
- Dining and merchandise locations at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Walt Disney World Official Hotels at Bonnet Creek and Walt Disney World Gateway Hotels

Receiving Your Card
The digital Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card will be sent to you via email when you check in at your Disney Resort hotel.
Using Your Card
You can use the card’s value as you like. Purchase food, beverages, and merchandise throughout your stay—or spend the entire value in one day. It’s up to you!
For In-Person Purchases
Simply present the email (or a printed copy of the email) containing your digital Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card when purchasing food, beverages and merchandise at participating locations.
Additionally, you can save your promo card to your mobile wallet, for use at select locations.
For Purchases in the My Disney Experience App

- The digital Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card is redeemable at select participating food, beverage and merchandise locations at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
- This card may only be used at participating food-and-beverage and merchandise locations; it cannot be applied to charges on a Resort hotel folio.
- This card may not be used towards the purchase of services, theme park tickets, or Disney Gift Cards.
- Not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
