Walt Disney World ® Resort
Small World Vacations 2025 Agent Education Program – Day One
We Just Celebrated our 20th Agent Education Program in Walt Disney World!
Since 1996, Small World Vacations’ award-winning team of travel professionals have carved out and maintained a stellar reputation for helping guests across the world plan unforgettable Disney vacations. That’s nearly 30 years of starting the Magic at home!
And would you believe, more than a quarter of our 50 travel advisors have been with Small World Vacations for 20 years, and half have been with us for over 15 years! Our agents are all full-time travel professionals with expert Disney experience. This is not just a side gig or a hobby, this is a full-time job and lifelong career. Our agents’ extensive first-hand knowledge of the Disney resorts, restaurants, theme parks, ships and cruise itineraries is the secret to helping you plan your magical Disney vacation. Our standards are so high, our team members must have stayed at four different Disney resorts within the last five years.
In fact, our agents love Disney so much they spend their own vacations at all Disney destinations. They have visited Walt Disney World over 3000 times, Disneyland over 300 times, Aulani over 35 times, sailed on over 650 Disney Cruises and explored the world on over 90 Adventures by Disney.
To stay up to date with what’s new at Disney, Small World Vacations’ conducts an annual onsite agent education program (AEP). Our agents come from all corners of the United States for learning and team-bonding. It’s a family that has grown together; in fact we have two sets of mother-daughter advisors.
Last month, we met in Walt Disney World to experience what’s new at the resorts, theme parks and at Disney Cruise Line. We truly care about your vacation and work tirelessly on your behalf to save you time, headaches and, best of all, money!
~ Day One ~
Small World Vacationss agents descended upon Orlando and checked into the resort. We stayed at one of our favorite Deluxe Resorts, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sight of giraffes and zebras.
We kicked off our AEP with a private dinner at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. We look forward to seeing each other all year, and when we’re together, it feels like no time has passed.

This Deluxe resort boasts one of the most popular pools on Disney property. With a lazy river and sand-bottom pool, it’s an amazing playground for a day off from the theme parks. It was a beautiful spot for a fun and delicious dinner.
We were treated to a tropical themed menu along with a guitarist playing island tunes. And had a fun surprise visit from Donald and Daisy who stopped by in their cute nautical outfits.
Our agents just love coming together from all over the country and meeting together on this first evening. There are lots of hugs and sharing of stories, gasping at how big all the kids have gotten and reminiscing about past adventures together. It’s an informal, casual evening of connecting, socializing and enjoying each other’s company.
