The Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney Imagineering teams are hard at work with the crew at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany to bring Disney Cruise Line’s heroes and villains-themed ship, the Disney Destiny, to life.

Port Canaveral was bustling with excitement as the magnificent Disney Destiny sailed into port for the very first time. More than just a new vessel, the ship represents the culmination of a vast team, a floating testament to the creative power and dedication of countless individuals.
After the impressive journey of over 5,000 nautical miles from the Eemshaven, Netherlands, seeing the ship approaching the Florida coast filled the air with profound pride.
