Why are the hotels and CityWalk remaining open while the parks are closed?
We are closing our theme parks out of an abundance of caution and to assist with our nation’s preventive efforts – specifically, to eliminate situations where a large number of people gather in one place. The number of guests gathered within a single place in our hotels and CityWalk venues is typically below current suggestions. As with all areas across our destination, we have reviewed and enhanced our already stringent cleaning protocols within our hotels and CityWalk venues.
