New Dining Experience Now Open at Disney Springs: Summer House on the Lake

Summer House on the Lake is now officially open at Disney Springs West Side, bringing a slice of California charm to Walt Disney World Resort. Summer House on the Lake offers a fresh, California-inspired menu, infused with local Florida flavors.

From Caramelized Brussels Sprouts to Ahi Tuna Tostadas and an array of kid-friendly options, there’s something for everyone. A sweet treat awaits with the introduction of The Cookie Bar, featuring a variety of oversized cookies and bars, perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth.

Guests looking to make a reservation may do so via the Summer House website at summerhouserestaurants.com. Please note that reservations are not available on the Disney website or My Disney Experience app at this time.
