From 2012 until now, Jodie has taken care of all my Disney cruise and land bookings. I considered myself a Disney expert but found Jodie is more knowledgeable about all things Disney. She will inform me as soon as she learns of something that might affect my Disney reservation. She is also patient and quick to respond with changes that I request such as changing a stateroom or a date on a cruise. As a result of her good service I refer her to friends because I know she will take care of them.
