Wow where do I begin? Kelly is an amazing agent who made booking easy. We were due to arrive Mon Sept 2 but because of Hurricane Darion we were panicking. We got our flight moved to Saturday morning and were wondering where we are going to stay. We emailed Kelly and told her the situation and she got back to us within minutes giving us options to extend our Resort stay last minute. She walked us through everything, we were going to have to stay at a different resort and transfer and she even got Disney to let us stay at the same resort last minute. Wonderful! Cannot recommend Kelly at Small World Vacations enough. We’ll be bunkering down at Art of Animation during the storm, thanks for saving our trip!! ️
