In March of 2024 I contacted Small World Vacations for a big trip to Disney World and then a Disney Cruise in April/May 2025. Now that I am back I am ready to review their services. From day 1 Ella was very informative and amazing. She helped us throughout the entire process. We had endless questions and she always answered and tried to be there as fast as possible. Her close contact with Disney representatives really helped when we stumped her on a question.

She didn’t just want to book our trip and move on. Ella really wanted to make sure our trip was as magical, special, and customized to our specific needs. Making sure we get the best hotel, dining reservations, and even the stateroom for our cruise. While not guaranteed she did request early check-in for our 2 Disney World hotels. Both we did get early check-in so that was nice.
