I am a long time customer of Small World Vacations and wanted to let you know how great Jo and Marion have been. With 5 now grown children and 11 grandchildren we have just booked our 42nd or 43rd trip to DW (but who is counting?!) Without fail they have always helped us find the best accommodations and prices at your Disney World favorites: Yacht and Beach and, monitor for discounts, annual pass rates, etc. I must say that on more than one occasion our plans changed regarding arrival or departure dates, number of rooms, etc and they have always been patient and responsive. In any service business clients are much more inclined to complain so I wanted to take time to send some very positive feedback your way.
