This was our first experience with any kind of travel agent. Carrie has converted me! I used to be in charge of all travel arrangements and making grids of reservations, etc….it was wonderful to have that all arranged and Carrie did a great job of tracking additional discounts and upgrades. She was a wonderful resource for my newbie cruise questions with spot-on answers. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to working with Carrie (and Small World Vacations) in the future.
