I am writing to let you know what a wonderful job Shannon Griffith did in assisting me plan my family’s Disney trip. She was there every step of the way with helpful tips and advice on everything from choosing a resort to tips for dining and Fastpass. This was my first time planning a Disney vacation, so I had very little knowledge of how much planning goes into a trip like this. My wife and kids (8 and 6) had an awesome time, and Shannon played a big part in that. She was always quick to return my phone calls and respond to my emails. In short, I don’t think we would have had as great a vacation had we not worked with Shannon. I already asked for help in planning our next Disney vacation! Again, my reason for writing is to let you know how wonderful of an agent you have in Shannon. I will recommend her and Small World Vacations to family and friends.
