We have been using Cissy at Small World Vacations since 2006 for our Disney World and Disney Cruise vacations.  She is the best!  Cissy takes the time to answer every possible question and provide us with quick responses.  Her insight and experience are so helpful when making decisions.  I know that she can and will handle any problem that may arise, taking away any worries of our vacation planning.   We have recommended Cissy to half of Cleveland!  She is amazing!  Thank you for the wonderful job and looking forward to planning our next Disney vacation!
