I wanted to write and give feedback on my recent reservation experience with Tanya Uythoven. Tanya was AMAZING!!! She was patient, detailed, responsive, clear and tremendously helpful as we planned our vacation. We are going to Disney for the first time as a family (my wife and I have gone before as kids, but we have a 22 month old and a 9 month old and we decided to take a last minute trip so it’ll be our first trip together as a family). Over the course of three days, Tanya did extensive research to find the best deal for us. She looked at numerous dates in November and gave us creative solutions for maximizing our trip while controlling costs. She helped us reserve our hotel, transportation, and park tickets. She also helped us make a reservation for a character breakfast and gave us extremely helpful tips for planning our trip with two little kids. I cannot overstate how thankful we are for all of her help and guidance. She is amazing and she will definitely be our first call for future Disney trips. Thanks so much Tanya!
