I am writing to you regarding Marion, one of your Disney specialists, to give some feedback.

I first learned about your business through a Disney Food Blog video on YouTube, and decided to send you guys an email to see if you could help me and my wife plan our upcoming Disney World vacation. We got an answer from Marion, and we feel very extremely fortunate to have spoken to her.

From the get go, Marion asked us all the right questions, what we liked, what we didn’t like, what our expectations were, and planned accordingly. She is a PRO! She spoke our language when it came to Disney and it felt like we were speaking to a friend who knew everything about setting up the a trip.

Communication was always smooth and she knew exactly what to recommend and what we’d like, and made adjustments along the way to make sure we were happy! Marion went so far and beyond what we expected a travel agent would go, and she truly felt like a friend who cared.

Marion made planning this trip super easy, and we’re so thankful for all she’s done for us.
