I would like to extend my sincere thanks to your agent, Dawn Speno. I have been working with her for several months now in planning a special Disney World vacation for my three grandchildren. She has given us amazingly prompt, courteous, and skilled service throughout our planning process. Our vacation had to be rescheduled due to the Coronavirus closure but despite the high volume of communication that must have choked her inbox, she got back to me the very same day (which happened to be on a weekend) and rearranged our plans for us — ultimately saving us over $1000 in the process.
