I want to praise Small World Vacations’ agent, Deanna, for her professionalism and knowledge in helping me plan a surprise vacation to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday and our 15 year wedding anniversary this month. She was readily available with assistance throughout the entire process and especially when there was a snag with our meal plan on our first day. We have had the privilege of working with Deanna twice before and she remains one of the nicest and polite people we have worked with. Please acknowledge her for her efforts as I have already emailed her to give her our thanks. I want those that she is working for to know how appreciative we are for working with her and will be planning another trip for August with Deanna.
