I had been dreading the planning for our Disney trip, because of the sheer complexity and numerous choices available. I absolutely could not believe how easy Shannon made our planning the trip. She always returned my emails within a few hours of my sending them, even on weekends. She patiently answered even questions that I later would realize were self-evident, and even though the parks were crowded during our visit, we never felt rushed, stressed, or exhausted. I rarely take the time to write to businesses with my appreciation; however, I was simply that grateful for Shannon’s help. We are already looking forward to next year’s Disney vacation. When we finalize the dates, Shannon will be our first call.
