I was so impressed with our Small World Vacations’ agent, Kersie because of her amount of knowledge and her level of patience with me. I asked her a ton of questions (and hours of talking on the phone) before I committed to booking our first ever trip. She’s experienced in her job as well as personal travel to Disney.
