Small World Vacations

We'd been planning a small family reunion trip to Universal Orlando-Royal Pacific since November, with the knowledgeable and responsive Small World Vacations Rep, Heather Garrett, However, just days before our trip was to begin, two members of our travel party -- my son and his girlfriend -- were forced to evacuate their Altadena, CA, home because of the terrible California wildfires. With so much of our attention focused on ensuring their safety, we had almost no time to focus on the vacation and the implications of delaying or canceling.

Heather was amazing in the midst of this unfolding scenario. First she provided prompt and actionable information on canceling vs postponing. When even after a few days we still didn't have enough information to accurately predict future timelines, she was able to negotiate with Universal and cancel for those unable to travel WITHOUT PENALTY! We are BEYOND GRATEFUL to her for the amazing service we received. Heather is GREAT!
