Small World Vacations

Just wanted to put in an enthusiastic plug for Rachel at SmallWorld Vacations. She has helped my family plan several trips to Disney and is always extremely responsive and happy to answer any question I have. On one large extended family trip, she worked for literally weeks to make sure that the parks corrected a technical issue on the app that we were experiencing in the lead up to our vacation, and as a result we were all able to make our reservations ahead of time without issue. This was a problem that she was not obligated to handle for us and that would have taken even longer for me to deal with directly. She always goes above and beyond.
