Small World Vacations

Greetings!

I want to acknowledge the excellent customer care I received from Marion. I chose the word “care” specifically because that is what she exuded during our numerous interactions via phone and email. I appreciate her patience and sense of humor as I attempted to coordinate dates, times, and cabin types for a family cruise. I want to point out that Marion was covering for my regular agent and never did I feel that I wasn’t receiving her attention. I commend agent Jo for choosing Marion as her covering agent. As a result of their professionalism, I will continue to use Small World Vacations for my Disney vacation needs.
